Barbara Washington is a Montclair State University Graduate with both an Undergraduate and Graduate Degree. CADC certified. NNA certified, Signing Agent, background screened with E&O insurance for 10 years in the state of NJ where licensed to practice. I provide dependable, reliable service with integrity. Experienced with sellers packages, purchase packages, refinances, home equity line of credit loans and reverse mortgages. General notary services available "By Appointment Only". Notary certification expires December 2026
